Keto Creamy Chicken Carbonara

This Keto Creamy Chicken Carbonara is amazing and can be eaten by the entire Whanau. It is cheap to make and will not disappoint. It is my Husbands favourite! Give the Minions their choice of pasta and yourself zoodles or Konjac noodles.


  • 1kg diced chicken breast

  • 2T olive oil

  • 50g butter

  • 2tsp garlic

  • 3tsp Italian herb blend

  • 1/4C parmesan cheese

  • 4 rashers of bacon

  • 1 carton of long-life cream


  1. Fry garlic in olive oil and butter on medium heat.

  2. Add dice chicken to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, until it is starting to brown.

  3. Add chopped bacon to the chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.

  4. Add the long-life cream and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.

  5. Add the parmesan cheese and Italian herb mix

  6. Your sauce should be nice and thick and creamy

  7. Take off the heat and pour over zoodles or Konjac noodles, or pasta for our non-keto Whanau.

You will not be disappointed by this amazing recipe. The best thing about this recipe is that it can be enjoyed by the entire Whanau. There is no need to make two lots of dinners to satisfy everyone.
