These amazing pancakes are light and fluffy, with the scrumptious combo of sugar-free maple syrup and bacon. For breakfast, lunch or dinner they won't disappoint! Change the toppings to your liking and indulge. They are quick and easy. Don't waste time standing around flipping, throw the batter in a baking tray and away you go.
Ingredients
1/2c Almond meal
2T Coconut flour
1tsp Baking powder
1tsp Vanilla essence
4 Eggs
125g Full-fat cream cheese
1tsp Keto sweetener
Method
Preheat oven to 160c on bake
Place all ingredients into a processor or blender and blend well
Grease and line a baking tray
Pour mixture into greased and lined baking tray
Bake mixture for 15-20 minutes.
Cut into 4 pieces. I cut it in half and then half again
Cover in your favourite Keto toppings
