You will love this amazing, easy scroll recipe, whether you consume it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack! Once cooked they look pretty spectacular. Swap out the flavours by adding different ingredients. Try ham and cheese or feta and spinach.
40g full-fat cream cheese
175g grated mozzarella cheese
1t baking powder
100g almond meal
2T marmite or vegemite
1c grated Colby cheese
Preheat oven to 180c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Put grated mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwavable bowl and heat on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Once mozzarella and cream cheese are melted use a butter knife to mix.
Add baking powder to your melted cheesy mixture.
Add egg and stir.
Add almond meal.
Mix with a butter knife to form a dough.
Roll out your fathead dough onto the lined baking sheet.
Spread marmite onto your fathead dough.
Sprinkle grated cheese onto fathead dough.
Roll up the fathead dough towards you, to make a log.
Cut up the log into 8 equal pieces.
place upwards onto a lined baking tray.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the dough browns.
