Ingredients

  • 40g Keto-friendly cereal (we love Blue Frog Keto Almond, Peanut & Raspberry)

  • 1/4 cup Natural, unsweetened yoghurt

  • 4 chopped strawberries or 1/8 cup keto-friendly berries

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free topping

Method

Add all the ingredients to a bowl of your choice. It doesn't matter in what order but remember that you eat with your eyes!

This is a versatile sweet treat.  Just quietly I have been known to eat this recipe at all hours of the day!
