Keto Satay Pork

Low carb, Keto, sugar free recipe for fast and healthy weightloss


This recipe makes 4 servings

  • 500g  of diced meat (we have chosen to use pork)

  • 1/4c peanut butter

  • 2 tsp crushed garlic

  • 1/2 tsp crushed ginger

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 1 Tbsp olive or coconut oil

  • 1 tsp keto-friendly sweetener

  • 2 Tbsp keto-friendly sweet chilli sauce

  • 1 tsp laksa paste

  • 1/2c cream or coconut cream/milk


  1. Add olive oil or coconut oil to a pan and heat on medium heat.

  2. While the oil is heating in a pan add meat to a bowl.

  3. Add crushed garlic, ginger, curry powder, sweetener and laksa paste into the bowl with your meat and gently coat the meat. 

  4. Once the oil has heated in the pan add the meat and spices to the frying pan and fry for 5 minutes, or until the meat has lightly browned.

  5. Add the peanut butter and sweet chilli sauce to your meat and spices in the frying pan and gently fry for 2 minutes.

  6. Once the meat is fully cooked add the cream or coconut cream to the pan. Turn the heat down to low and gently simmer for 5 minutes or until the liquid becomes thickened.

  7. Serve with Cauli rice or your favourite keto-friendly  noodles. 

This is a versatile and easy meal.  Use your choice of meats and serve on cauli rice or keto-friendly noodles.
