Keto Cheese and Bacon Scones

These cheese keto scones are amazing, super easy and quick to make. Mix it up using

different ingredients such as feta, onion, spinach and different meats.


Keto Bacon and Cheese Scones

You will not be disappointed by these amazing scones. They should be enjoyed with a very large cup of coffee!!! The best thing about these scones is that they are so versatile. You can have them for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!

Use whatever cheese you like, the cheesier the better!

Keto Cheese and Bacon Scones

Ingredients


The recipe makes about 5-6 scones

  • 2c almond meal

  • 200g cooked bacon

  • 1c grated cheese

  • half a cup of parmesan cheese

  • 1t baking powder

  • 4 eggs

  • salt and pepper to taste


Method


  1. Put the oven on 180c bake or fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Place all ingredients into a mixer or blender. Only use half of your parmesan cheese. The other half will go on top of your scones, before placing them in the oven.

  3. Mix until thoroughly mixed. Don't worry if your mixture seems very wet!

  4. Place into balls and place onto a lined baking tray. You may wish to use muffins or cup cases.

  5. Pat the mixture down so they are no longer around and have flat tops.

  6. Top with leftover parmesan cheese and put into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Scones should brown a little.
