Keto Cheese and Bacon Scones

Use what ever cheese you like, the cheesier the better!

Keto Cheese and Bacon Scones


Recipe makes about 5-6 scones

  • 2c almond meal

  • 200g cooked bacon

  • 1c grated cheese

  • half a cup of parmesan cheese

  • 1t baking powder

  • 4 eggs

  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions should always be short and to the point.

  1. Put oven on 180c bake or fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Place all ingredients into a mixer or blender. Only use half of your parmesan cheese. The other half will go on top of your scones, before placing in the oven.

  3. Mix together until thoroughly mixed. Don't worry if your mixture seems very wet!

  4. Place into balls and place onto lined baking tray. You may wish to use muffin or cup cases.

  5. Pat mixture down so they are no longer round and have flat tops.

  6. Top with left over parmesan cheese and put into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Scones should brown a little.
