Creamy Tomato and Garlic Sauce
1can of chopped tomatoes
1 carton of long life cream
1T olive oil
2t crushed garlic
1/8 onion powder
1t Italian herb mix
1/2t keto friendly sweetener
Heat some olive oil in a pan on a medium heat.
Add garlic and fry until the garlic is tender, for about two minutes.
While the garlic is frying, place chopped tomatoes into a blender and blend. Blend the tomatoes until your personal preference. I like a smooth sauce, however you may prefer chunky!
Add blended tomatoes to your pan with the garlic and oil and fry for about five minutes on a medium heat.
Add the garlic powder, italian herb mix and keto friendly sweetener and stir, until mixed.
Add the longlife cream and mix.
Keep your pan on medium heat. Stir the mixture until it thickens. This will only take a few minutes.
Your sauce is ready, pour to your hearts content!
