You will love this quick, easy and delicious sauce. Drip over konjac pasta, veggies, meats, or pizza or use it as a dipping sauce. Living Keto does not have to be boring!

Creamy Tomato and Garlic Sauce

My favourite way to enjoy this amazing sauce is paired with meatballs and konjac pasta. It is a great alternative to traditional pasta and meatballs.

Drip over konjac pasta, veggies, meats, or pizza or use it as a dipping sauce.

This is a great recipe that can be used for your entire Whanau, whether they live a Keto lifestyle or not.

Creamy Tomato and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes

  • 1 carton of long-life cream

  • 1T olive oil

  • 2t crushed garlic

  • 1/8 onion powder

  • 1t Italian herb mix

  • 1/2t keto-friendly sweetener

Method

  1. Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and fry until the garlic is tender, for about two minutes.

  3. While the garlic is frying, place chopped tomatoes into a blender and blend. Blend the tomatoes until your personal preference. I like a smooth sauce, however, you may prefer a chunky one!

  4. Add blended tomatoes to your pan with the garlic and oil and fry for about five minutes on medium heat.

  5. Add the garlic powder, Italian herb mix and keto-friendly sweetener and stir, until mixed.

  6. Add the long-life cream and mix.

  7. Keep your pan on medium heat. Stir the mixture until it thickens. This will only take a few minutes.

  8. Your sauce is ready, pour to your heart's content!

This is a quick and easy sauce. You will not be disappointed.
