Keto Sausage Rolls

These sausage rolls are to die for and you will be in love!
They are made using a fathead pizza dough and the good old kiwi fave - the banger.
We have served with our favourite keto sauce 'Culley's Kitchen Original Tomato sauce

Ingredients:

6 raw sausages (what ever flavour your heart desires)
40g full fat creamcheese
175g grated mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1t baking powder
1t garlic powder
100g almond meal
Method:
Preheat oven to 180c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Put grated mozzarella and creamcheese in a microwavable bowl and heat on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Once mozzarella and creamcheese are melted use a butter knife to mix together.
Add baking powder to your melted cheesy mixture
Add egg and stir.
Add garlic powder and almond meal .
Mix together with a butter knife to form a dough.
Roll out your fathead dough onto the lined baking sheet
place the sausages onto the rolled out dough. Place four onto the top and the remaining four onto the bottom row. Make sure they are evenly spaced.
Cut even squares into the dough, around your sausages.
Wrap the cut dough squares around each individual sausage.
Cut your 6 wrapped sausages in half. You now have 12 tasty morsels!
Place evenly onto your lined baking tray.
Place into oven and cook between 15-20 minutes
