Keto Sausage Rolls

These sausage rolls are to die for and you will be in love!

They are made using a fathead pizza dough and the good old kiwi fave - the banger.

We have served with our favourite keto sauce 'Culley's Kitchen Original Tomato sauce



  • 6 raw sausages (what ever flavour your heart desires)

  • 40g full fat creamcheese

  • 175g grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1t baking powder

  • 1t garlic powder

  • 100g almond meal



  • Preheat oven to 180c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

  • Put grated mozzarella and creamcheese in a microwavable bowl and heat on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds.

  • Once mozzarella and creamcheese are melted use a butter knife to mix together.

  • Add baking powder to your melted cheesy mixture

  • Add egg and stir.

  • Add garlic powder and almond meal .

  • Mix together with a butter knife to form a dough.

  • Roll out your fathead dough onto the lined baking sheet

  • place the sausages onto the rolled out dough. Place four onto the top and the remaining four onto the bottom row. Make sure they are evenly spaced.

  • Cut even squares into the dough, around your sausages.

  • Wrap the cut dough squares around each individual sausage.

  • Cut your 6 wrapped sausages in half. You now have 12 tasty morsels!

  • Place evenly onto your lined baking tray.

  • Place into oven and cook between 15-20 minutes
