1 Tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
2 Tbsp Keto-friendly Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Keto-friendly Garlic Mayonnaise
One bag of pre-made coleslaw (without the dressing)
Makes six servings
Place all ingredients into a bowl or container.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the veggies are coated with the mayonnaise mixture. If using a container, give the container a shake with the lid on.
Eat as it is or serve as your favourite side dish.
Don't stress that some pre-made bags of coleslaw have carrots in them. In general, the total amount in a bag is only one carrot, and you are getting six servings out of a bag.
Why do we use pre-made bags of coleslaw and not fresh vegetables? Easy peasy! Pre-made bags of vegetables are currently cheaper to buy than fresh vegetables. We have also factored in the time and ease of buying pre-made!
