Keto Coleslaw

Low carb, Keto, sugar free recipe for fast and healthy weightloss


  • 1 Tsp white vinegar or lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp Keto-friendly Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp Keto-friendly Garlic Mayonnaise

  • One bag of pre-made coleslaw (without the dressing)


Makes six servings

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl or container. 

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the veggies are coated with the mayonnaise mixture. If using a container, give the container a shake with the lid on.

  3. Eat as it is or serve as your favourite side dish.


  • Don't stress that some pre-made bags of coleslaw have carrots in them. In general, the total amount in a bag is only one carrot, and you are getting six servings out of a bag. 

  • Why do we use pre-made bags of coleslaw and not fresh vegetables? Easy peasy! Pre-made bags of vegetables are currently cheaper to buy than fresh vegetables. We have also factored in the time and ease of buying pre-made!

  • This is a great recipe to keep in the fridge as a quick and easy side dish. Factor it into your food preparation day.

  • Why do we not use the dressing that's provided in the pre-made coleslaw bag? It's full of carbs and sugar. 

This is a versatile, cheap and easy keto coleslaw. Use as a main meal or add it to a meal as your favourtie side dish. Can be enjoyed any time of the day!
