Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread

Tasty and comforting. Just what you need in the colder weather. This is a great savoury snack, for lunch or dinner. Can be served with a side salad or keto-friendly vegetables. Enjoy with some soup or dip into that tasty keto curry.


Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread

Keto Low-Carb Recipe

Ingredients

This recipe makes 2 servings

  • 1 C of grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp of crushed garlic

  • 4 pieces of keto-friendly bread or 2 rolls/buns cut in half

  • 15g of melted butter

Method

  1. Preheat fan bake or bake oven to 180C.

  2. Place keto-friendly bread or rolls/buns onto a lined oven tray.

  3. Mix crushed garlic and melted butter.

  4. Spread the melted butter and crushed garlic mixture onto your keto-friendly bread.

  5. Sprinkle the grated cheese onto your keto-friendly bread.

  6. Place oven tray into the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese goes golden brown.

  7. Remove it from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes to cool down.

This delicious and comforting meal can be adapted for the entire Whanau.  Who doesn't like cheesy garlic bread or cheese on toast? We have enjoyed this many times when the weather is colder.
