Makes 4 servings.
4 C of keto-friendly vegetables
2 Tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil
1 tsp of crushed garlic
1/2 tsp of crushed ginger
2 tsp keto-friendly brown sweetener
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
Fry crushed garlic and ginger in olive oil/coconut oil on medium heat until the garlic softens.
Add keto-friendly vegetables and fry until soft.
Use a separate fry pan and add keto-friendly brown sweetener and soy sauce.
Heat the keto-friendly brown sweetener and soy sauce on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Add the thickened sauce to the vegetables while the vegetables are still on the heat and mix.
Serve as your favourite side dish or add noodles and meat to make a keto stirfry.
